CONSUMER RIGHTS – CANCELLATION – RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. General Terms
Orders placed through this website are considered distance sales transactions between the Seller and the Buyer.

By placing an order through this website, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
2. Product Information
All products sold by the Seller are made of 925 sterling silver.
Since the products are manufactured through handcrafted processes, minor variations in product weight and small details (± variations) may occur.
3. Shipping and Customs Duties
Orders are shipped after payment confirmation and completion of the production and preparation process.
For international shipments, any applicable:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Local taxes
- Customs processing fees
are the responsibility of the Buyer.
The Seller is not responsible for these charges.
4. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to return the purchased product within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal:
- The product must be unused
- The product must be undamaged
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
The Buyer must notify the Seller via email within the return period.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- In the case of defective or faulty products, the return shipping cost will be covered by the Seller.
- For all other returns, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the Buyer.
6. Custom-Made Products
The following items are considered custom-made products and are not eligible for cancellation or return:
- Products manufactured with custom molds
- Products including logos or brand marks
- Products with special plating outside the standard finishes
- Products produced according to specific customer design requests
Once production has started, these items cannot be cancelled or returned.
7. Defective Products and Repairs
If the Buyer receives a product with a manufacturing defect, the product may be returned to the Seller within 1 month from the delivery date.
After inspection:
- If a manufacturing defect is confirmed,
- The product will be repaired and returned to the Buyer.
The Seller will cover the shipping cost for returning the repaired product.
8. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected by the Seller, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method, provided that the return conditions are met.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
