DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
1. Parties
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into electronically between the following parties.

Buyer
The Buyer refers to the individual or legal entity who places an order through the Seller’s website. The Buyer’s name, address, phone number and email address are the information provided by the Buyer during the order process.
By placing an order through the website, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement.
2. Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller’s website, including their characteristics and sale price.
3. Product Information
The main characteristics, quantity, type, and sales price of the products are specified on the product pages of the website.
All products sold by the Seller:
- are made of 925 sterling silver
- are produced using handcrafted processes
Due to handcrafted production, minor variations in weight (±) and small details may occur.
4. Orders and Payment
The Buyer agrees to pay the total order amount using the payment method selected during checkout.
Orders will be processed after payment confirmation.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order if deemed necessary due to security concerns or suspicious activity.
5. Production and Delivery
Orders are processed after payment confirmation and placed into production and preparation.
Products will be delivered via courier or international shipping companies.
Delivery times may vary depending on:
- production time
- shipping duration
- customs procedures
6. International Shipping and Customs
For international orders, any applicable:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Local taxes
- Customs processing fees
are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
The Seller is not responsible for these charges.
7. Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)
The Buyer has the right to return the purchased product within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing any reason.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused
- The product must be undamaged
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
The Buyer must notify the Seller via email within the return period.
8. Return Shipping Costs
- For defective or faulty products, the return shipping cost will be covered by the Seller.
- For all other returns, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the Buyer.
9. Custom-Made Products
The following products are considered custom-made and are not eligible for cancellation or return once production has started:
- Products manufactured with custom molds
- Products containing logos or brand marks
- Products with special plating outside standard finishes
- Products produced according to specific customer design requests
10. Product Defects and Repairs
If the delivered product has a manufacturing defect, the Buyer may send the product back to the Seller within 1 month from the delivery date.
After inspection:
- If a manufacturing defect is confirmed,
- The product will be repaired and returned to the Buyer.
The Seller will cover the shipping cost for returning the repaired product.
11. Refund Process
Returned products will be inspected after they arrive at the Seller’s facility.
If the returned product complies with the return conditions, the payment will be refunded within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.
12. Force Majeure
The Seller shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- War
- Strikes
- Transportation disruptions
- Customs delays
13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
14. Acceptance
By placing an order through the website, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this Distance Sales Agreement.
